David joined the Prevention Research Center (PRC) in 2017, as its Site Administrator following nearly 20 years of experience at Northwestern University in Chicago. David brings a full spectrum of experience in grants management and financial administration to the PRC, where he works closely with the Center Director to ensure the smooth running of operations and applying best practices in the production of research proposals, grants management, and financial management of the Center.
David earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Loyola University of Chicago, and served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
