Milestone:  Assess and improve intervention components

The Intent is to see if the interventions are being carried out as planned (action plan calendar) and if they received maximum visibility.  The foundation of the evidence-based strategies is the deterrent factor created by high visibility enforcement operations.

Preparation:  Plan to convene this meeting following the second or third weekend of the fall session.

Key elements for review

1. Enforcement monitoring
2. Timely sharing of results from the enforcement operations
3. “Action Alerts”  - are they being distributed
4. Timely visibility – (review and improve as needed)
5. Enforcement results posted – (paid ads campus newspaper)
6. Identify and resolve any barriers to implementation
