Management Plan

Readiness Meeting

The objective of readiness meeting is to coordinate the visibility and enforcement strategies to achieve the highest synergy.  Use calendar planning to maximize timely visibility efforts in support of enforcement.

Preparation:  Review the completed enforcement and visibility plans before the meeting.  Develop a preliminary alignment of visibility and enforcement components based on the completed plans.  Establish a process to conduct calendar planning for enforcement and timely visibility that includes an “action alert” communication loop.  The action alert(s) informs all the extended campus and community partners of the weekly enforcement activities, the visibility planned and the results following the weekend.  Sharing this information with other campus departments can extend your timely visibility across the campus (see Safer implementation strategy).

Tasks during the fall intervention

  • Monitor the implementation (weekly communication with team members)
  • Facilitate a troubleshooting meeting two weeks into the academic session to review action plan implementation and visibility alignment
  • Visibility team completes monitoring form, maintains copies of visibility materials and coordinates media inquiries
  • Enforcement team completes enforcement report weekly and send to project coordinator to use for posting results
