Mid-Course Correction Meeting

The objective of the mid-course correction meeting is to assess the implementation so it can be improved for the upcoming fall.

Preparation: 

• Review completed enforcement reports
• Review visibility reports
• Review implementation materials.
• Set date for meeting and invite enforcement and visibility teams to the meeting

Things to consider:  Establishing a sustainability strategy to institutionalize the comprehensive integrated strategy.  Examine ways to improve the enforcement and visibility components to achieve high visibility enforcement to enhance the deterrent effect.  Develop a timeline for the next year’s intervention preparation and implementation

• Promote a sustainability strategy
• Implement revised implementation plan
